So the whole tale has to begin on Thursday night. We had run out of wood the night before and since we were going to Sacramento for the weekend we decided to just use our baseboard heaters for Thursday and Friday. We wake up Friday morning after the huge storm and the power was out. That meant no making a bottle for the baby. So I drive to the Police Department (one of my clients) and use their microwave. Bottle is made for the baby but still no heat. So head down to Safeway and buy a box of firelogs. Of course because there is no power they are accepting cash only. Fluke of all things I actually have some. Heat problem now solved.
